Which devices can I charge?

It can be used with iPhone, smartphones, tablets, TWS earbuds and compatible MacBook Neo models. When charging a MacBook Neo, single-port charging is recommended.

How much power does the USB-C port deliver?

The USB-C Power Delivery port delivers up to 20W, with profiles up to 5V/3A, 9V/2.22A and 12V/1.67A. It is therefore suitable for fast charging compatible smartphones, tablets and other USB-C devices.

How much power does the USB-A port deliver?

The USB-A port supports AFC technology and can deliver up to 22.5W with compatible devices.

Can I charge two devices at the same time?

Yes. When the USB-C and USB-A ports are used simultaneously, the power bank automatically distributes power between the connected devices. In this mode, the maximum combined output is 15W shared.

How does Intelligent Power Distribution work?

The Intelligent Power Distribution system adjusts the output according to the number of connected devices. When using a single port, you can take advantage of the maximum power supported by that specific output. When two devices are connected, power is shared between them up to a maximum combined output of 15W.

What is Power Delivery?

Power Delivery technology allows the USB-C port to adjust voltage and current according to the requirements of a compatible device. This means charging is managed according to the charging profile supported by the connected device.

What is PPS technology for?

PPS, Programmable Power Supply, adjusts voltage and current while charging compatible devices, allowing more precise management of the power delivered.

What is AFC technology for?

AFC technology is used by the USB-A port to support charging profiles of up to 22.5W when the connected device is compatible.

How do you recharge the power bank?

Power Flux uses the USB-C port as an input as well. The maximum input power when recharging the power bank is 18W Power Delivery, with profiles up to 5V/3A, 9V/2A and 12V/1.5A.

How can I check the remaining battery level?

The power bank features an integrated LCD display that shows the remaining battery percentage in real time. This makes it easy to see immediately when the power bank needs to be recharged.

Does the display stay on all the time?

The control button lets you manage the display. Press it once to activate Always-On Display mode, or press it twice to turn the display on or off.

What is the battery capacity?

Power Flux features a 20,000mAh Li-Po battery, equivalent to 74Wh at 3.7V. Its capacity gives you a useful reserve of power for multiple devices throughout the day.
